Can I get a Tier 4 General Student Visa of UK amid COVID-19?

I got admitted to a college in the U.K. in January. Due to COVID-19, I have not started my student visa application. Now the situation in China has improved and I am wondering if the visa application process has resumed or gone back to normal.

You can register and submit your visa via UKVI website. Once the visa fee is paid , Chinese nationals must then register via UKVI portal to VFS Global. Go to this link https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/cn/en/news/china-visa-application-centres-closure as it will advise you whether the visa centers are open or closed due to COVID-19. Once open, you can register your account and book your biometrics appointment and upload your visa evidence.

Not at the moment, as a lot of visa centers abroad are still closed. But we are constantly keeping a close eye and you can follow updates on the government website.
