The application should be submitted online via a government portal at least 30 days prior to the expiry date. At this moment, proof of physical presence is not required, only the following: - proof of investment - proof of place of accommodation - valid passport - photo However, we must note that 10 years is a long time; the renewal rules might change in the future.
