How can I include my mother as a dependent in my Italian Investor Visa?

My mother is over 60 years old and has a job, but in reality, she depends on me for most of her expenses. She currently resides with me – would she qualify as a dependent? What options would I have to bring her with me to Italy?

Family members of the holder of an investor visa may exercise their right to family reunification - in the case of parents, they should be economically and financially dependent on the investor visa holder and shall not have any other child in the country of origin or foreign residence or they are over 65 years of age and the other children in the country of origin/residence cannot support them due to serious health conditions.
