What advantages does a Friendly Nations Visa offer to investors to Panama?

I'm an investor who already has a powerful passport from Israel. What advantages, if any, would I get by gaining residency via the Friendly Nations visa in Panama, especially in terms of doing business or tax savings etc.

The Panama residency is a viable option, mainly if you have the intention to relocate to Panama legally as residency is not needed to do business. Panama has territorial taxation, which taxes income sourced in the country, not foreign sourced income. Panama passport can only be obtained after getting citizenship, which is available after five years of permanent residency.
