It is with great pleasure I welcome you to the inaugural issue of The China Investor. The magazine is the print companion to The China Investor, a premier online resource community connecting its members to a network of industry professionals and invaluable market analyses and information.

We are entering the market as a unique resource and guide for Chinese investors and are excited to release the first issue of the magazine at the 2017 Global Private Equity Opportunities Forum between May 19-20, 2017. In addition, complimentary copies are distributed to institutional investors throughout China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The magazine is also available digitally at on our website.

We hope to educate and connect Chinese institutional investors and financial institutions to global opportunities. This first magazine’s goal is to create a community and foster a learning environment in the real estate arena.

With support from you, The China Investor can serve as a tool to empower voices in the community and educate our readers on recent successful deals and shedding light to new industry trends.

Our first issue features an in-depth look at America’s real estate development landscape.

It also includes an article on different types of real estate developments, breaking down the options for investors. We’ll look ahead at key U.S.-China trade issues as related to the Trump White House and how foreign investors can find the right partner when it comes to commercial real estate.
