Can I still apply for Grenada citizenship by investment to pursue an E-2 visa?

I heard of recent changes that make that more complicated. Is there still a viable fast-tracked route to US residency through the Grenada program?

Grenada has not lost its E-2 status, but the parameters of being able to apply have been changed. Whilst the law has still not been enacted in the United States, we do still have investors pursuing the E-2 visa today. The two main points of clarification in respect to the recent law are the definitions of “domicile" and “investment". Once these two definitions have been clarified and accepted, we will be in a better position to advise as to how these new parameters would affect a CBI investor in Grenada. As of right now, we are encouraging people to continue with their applications and are able to recommend knowledgeable professional immigration lawyers in the United States to assist them with the E-2 transition.
