Does the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program have an annual quota for each country?

I want to apply for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). I understand there is an annual quota of 4,000 applications that SINP can take every year. I am wondering if the quota takes the applicants’ countries of origin into consideration. How can I know whether the quota has been met for a certain year or not?

They do not have a quota by country. They have a quota for each sub-category.

There is no quota per country.
