How can American investors with families relocate to St. Kitts and Nevis?

I recently lost my husband in the U.S. and I would like to relocate and get passports in St. Kitts and Nevis. What are my options? Also, is the quality of education and healthcare in St. Kitts and Nevis as good as in the U.S.?

You can relocate by investing in the citizenship program and, since you want to relocate, I suggest investing by purchasing property. There are private schools on the island, including two American universities and the healthcare is through the public hospital, but you can attend private doctors.
