Unfortunately, there is no bank account held by the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit in Kuwait. You will at least need to send the money to a Dubai account to facilitate the payment for your CBI application.

How can I apply for citizenship in St Lucia without having to transfer the money internationally?
I'm from Kuwait and have been married against my will. I can't travel without my husband’s consent so I'm thinking of applying for another passport from St Lucia. My only concern is transferring the money for the program, is there a way I can pay it in Kuwait without having to do an international transfer?
