The Grenadian citizenship by investment program provides the opportunity to apply for citizenship of Grenada through either a donation to the government transformation fund or investment in an approved development. Both routes provide a processing time of approximately 3 to 4 months. On the government website is a list of all approved developments an investor can engage with through the services of an approved Marketing Agent. There is a further classification called the significant investment route, however, it is unlikely that the purchase or construction of a personal property would qualify under this section.
