How can I include my unofficially adopted son as a dependent in my Antigua and Barbuda CBI application?

I have an adopted son but in my home country, formal adoption is not legal so legally I'm just his caretaker/foster dad. How can I include him as a dependent in my application for Antigua golden passport?

Do you have contact with the child’s birth parents? Do you have an official birth certificate, and what is the country of birth and country of residence of the child? How old is the child?

The rule in Antigua & Barbuda is that you must have proof of legal adoption to include a child as a dependent in your application. However, if there are extenuating circumstances such as adoption being illegal in your country, you’d need to provide that information to your Licensed Agent so they can request a meeting with the citizenship unit to discuss your unique case.
