Dominica's citizenship-by-investment program has two limbs: donation and investment. Donation is a cash contribution into the Economic Development Fund whilst the Investment is participation in one of the government approved projects, none of which is in the health sector. If one has desires to invest in the health sector, this can be done with direct contact with the government authorities.
