How can investors verify that the developer of a real estate project is qualified to promote the newly reduced-price option for Grenada’s CBI program?

Recently, the Grenadian government has reduced the price for its CBI program for applicants who invest in a real estate project that has received approval from the government. How can investors verify such information? Does the government keep a list? Is the list public information?

I would suggest that the CBI unit be contacted directly through its website to confirm which developer has been approved to sell at the new price point, as currently there is no published list.
