How can Lebanese investors move to Cyprus via investment in the shortest possible time?

I'm a Lebanon-based investor looking to move with my family immediately to Cyprus. Given that there are several restrictions on moving capital in Lebanon, can investors like me show money from family members outside of Lebanon to meet the investment threshold in Cyprus in order to qualify for permanent residency? Would that be enough to meet due diligence requirements?

Yes, it would be enough if the family proximity relationship is proven.

Lebanese investors can freely apply and move to Cyprus like any other investor from another non-EU country. The fastest way to obtain residency in Cyprus is via the Permanent Residency Program (fast-track) and it takes approximately three-to-four months, provided that all documents requested are provided by the client on time. The investment you decide to proceed with for the purchase of a house/apartment/offices/stores/hotel etc., or invest in a Cyprus company or fund of value of at least 300,000 euros, as well as the funds you show will be required to prove as income that will enable you and your family to live in Cyprus without becoming a burden to the economy of the country, given the fact that under this you will not be permitted to work; it must come from you or your wife's personal account. Therefore, proof of fund from another's account will not suffice.
