That is correct. The Antigua and Barbuda government announced Friday, March 4, 2022, that Russians, Belarusians, and Ukrainians may no longer apply for citizenship via investment. We do not know at present how long this restriction will be in place. Currently, Ukrainians may still apply in St. Kitts, St. Lucia and Grenada, and we would encourage any families considering an application to so without delay.
