How does the process of getting returns on investments work when applying for CBI in Grenada?

I'm an investor based in the Middle East looking to get a second passport by investment in Grenada. If I don't mind having my investment being tied up for a period of five years, would the money be returned to me with interest after the holding period? What are best options via this route?

Each individual development will have its own offer when it comes to returns and return on investment; it is up to the individual to decide which of these work best for them and their financial situation. Some companies that offer investment in freehold and fractional freehold also offer an annual ROI whilst other developers offering shareholding opportunities base any returns on the profitability of the actual hotel operation. There is one developer currently that is offering a full buyback of the initial investment amount, whereby your initial investment is returned to you. I would strongly advise investors to do due diligence on the developer and the offer to fully understand the implications, returns and exit strategy, if offered.
