How can an Iranian citizen apply for an Antigua and Barbuda passport to enter the U.S.?

I’m a citizen of Iran and was wondering if and how I can acquire an Antigua and Barbuda passport to enter the U.S. more easily. Can I leave Tehran with this passport to visit my family in the United States? I’m having trouble getting a visa to the U.S. since the new administration took over.

Here are two aspects to the answer. First, Iranian citizens are generally precluded from applying for Antigua citizenship. However, they may be eligible to apply for Antigua citizenship if they meet certain, very strict conditions. Second, Antiguan citizens do not have visa-free access to the U.S., so they must go through the normal visa application process, after which it is normally possible to obtain a 10-year U.S. visa.
