What are the visitation requirements for Grenada citizens and passport holders?

I am interested in buying real estate in Grenada to be used toward a citizenship application for my family. Do we have to visit Grenada during the application process? If so, how long? Can any of it be accomplished through correspondence or visits to Grenadian embassies abroad? Also, once approved for passports, what are the visitation requirements to Grenada to maintain the passports?

In order to visit Grenada, you must first have a valid passport and the requisite visa, if required. It is not necessary to visit Grenada during the citizenship by investment application process, although it is highly recommended. Once your application is approved it is not necessary to visit the country to retain citizenship, citizenship is for life. Renewal of passport can be done through the original law office that processed the application.
