What can investors do with their properties in Grenada once they get the citizenship?

Can I rent out the property I used for CBI immediately? Suppose I buy a piece of land, could I build a hotel on top of it and sell it later? What are the limitations, if any?

The parameters would be defined by the contract between the developer and investor, each one is different. If you buy full freehold real estate within an approved development, or as a significant investment, then you may be able to have a yearly rental Income; after 5 years you may be able to divest of the property. You can only invest using the citizenship-by-investment program in an approved development, so if you are looking to purchase land and build a hotel, you would have to do that through the significant investment section of the program.
