What CBI options do investors prefer in Grenada, the donation-based program or the real estate one?

I've heard it's better to invest in real estate instead of going for the donation-based program in Grenada even though it would cost an investor more. What is the current trend in Grenada? Do most investors go for real estate or government donations when applying for CBI in Grenada? Why?

Grenada has three options to apply under the citizenship program; the donation option known as the National Transformational Fund; the investment option; the significant investment option, for those clients wishing to invest in excess of 4 million Eastern Caribbean dollars (1.5 million U.S. dollars); which option to choose is highly personal and dependent on the clients' individual situation. No one option is quicker than the other; there are price differences between each option to consider. It is commonly known that if you are looking to further apply through the U.S. E-2 Visa program, once you have attained your Grenada citizenship, that an investment in real estate as opposed to a donation does give more credibility to your E-2 application.
