What impact could the development with UK’s parliament and Boris Johnson’s resignation have on the country’s investment immigration programs?

I am interested in getting permanent residency for me and my family in the UK by investing and moving the headquarters of my company from the Middle East to London. Should I wait for the situation to calm down or should I hurry up and apply before there are any critical changes made to the program?
