I’m an investor who cares deeply about climate change and the environment. I’ve heard one can participate in a certified investment project in Bulgaria to gain residency. How can I do that and would it be possible to choose a project myself, especially one that is linked to improving the environment, like a solar energy or wind mill project etc.?
You can choose the project yourself as long as you can manage to get it certified according to the requirements of the law. Or alternatively, you can participate in an existing project that fits your investment objectives (i.e. solar energy related, etc.) and has already been certified.
