What rights do I have with a Greek blue card?
I understand that while my Golden Visa application is pending, I will be issued a blue card that allows me to travel between my home country and Greece. I would like to know what other rights it gives me. It this only a travel document? Can I apply for a driver’s license with it as a proof of my status?

With a blue card, a third-country citizen can proceed with any legal transaction regarding their investment and can transact with all the relevant authorities, or any other action as requested.
