How can I get a golden visa in Greece if I have a minor criminal record?

I'm looking into investing in property with the potential to live as a resident in Greece. It would be a significant 7 figure investment. However, I have some small misdemeanors on my record from 10 years ago when I was younger. Nothing serious. I'm worried if I enter Greece and purchase property. Will I then be denied the resident's permit and would only be able to stay 90 days?

There is no requirement of providing documentation of an investor's criminal records when applying for permanent residency permit as property owners. Since the investor has legally entered in Greece, there is no further requirement for a criminal records certificate.

If it is not serious, it will not influence the residence procedure.
