How can fund managers invest in the Greek real estate market on behalf of several investors who want to obtain Greek Golden Visas?

I am a fund manager with several clients from China who want to invest in the Greek real estate market and obtain permanent residency in Greece through their investment. Our plan is to invest in a large-scale project worth at least 5 million euros. Is a group investment of this kind approvable for the program? If so, how should we proceed?
