How can I include my daughter who is getting a divorce in my Malta Individual Investor Program application?

I am actively preparing an application for the Malta Individual Investor Program. I want to include my daughter who is currently going through a divorce in my application. I know that any unmarried adult children between the age of 18 and 26 are considered eligible dependents. However, my daughter is now 25 years and 8 months old. She is filing for the divorce, so a settlement might not be achieved before she turns 26 years old. Is there a way that I can add her to my application before she ages out?

It is possible to add your daughter to your IIP application if you can prove that she is fully dependent on you (a full-time student) and does not have any earnings.
