How can unvaccinated foreign investors come to Greece to explore business and residence visa opportunities?

I'm an American investor who runs a business with my partners who are from non-EU countries. Would it be enough to just show a negative COVID test to visit Greece or would it depend on our individual passports?

You cannot be vaccinated in Greece if you have no social security number. COVID test before 72 hours is enough to enter Greece.

According to official travel guidelines, valid up to May 3, American citizens can travel if they provide the PLF form and a negative COVID-19 PCR test, which must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test must be in English and must include their name and the passport or identity card number of the passenger. Vaccination is not a prerequisite. For your partners, you have to see the provisions for their nationalities. If they are excluded then only they can come on a business visa.
