How do I know if my service provider in Cyprus is approved?

I heard the government in Cyprus is taking steps to regulate the market by creating a formal list of approved service providers. How can I get a copy of the list? What are the criteria for providers to get approved?

As of July 31, 2018, there is a registry in which all approved service providers are listed. All the listed professionals can be found at http://cipregistry.mof.gov.cy/en. Number 131 is one of our companies that is licensed for those services. The new reform makes it necessary that every service provider should follow a specific code of conduct, members of every firm must not have a criminal record, must be companies or individuals within the European Union, and must attend special seminars organized by the Cyprus ministry of finance and the relevant departments of the ministry of interior.

Indeed, Cyprus government has recently imposed some new regulations and formed a list of 255 service providers that may deal with immigration-by-investment issues. Thus, the whole policy is now empowered with more transparency that contributes to the investors' safety in the transactions. The citizenship program has now turned into the Cyprus Investment Scheme, and a monitoring committee consisting of governmental and other officials is monitoring and supervising the procedures.
