What are the language skills requirement for foreign investors looking to get residency via investment in Bulgaria?

I'm an investor from China and I'm not sure about the language requirements that one would have to meet if we apply for residency via investment in Bulgaria. I intend to move with my family and I'm open to learning a new language after I get residency. But what are the requirements before I get the residency?

There is no language requirements under the revamped Bulgarian citizenship by investment program as of March 2021. You can obtain permanent residency and later Bulgarian citizenship without being required to pass any language tests.
