What is required to gain Canadian citizenship as a permanent resident?

I have been part of the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program for nearly a year and am interested in acquiring Canadian citizenship. What are the requirements to do so? I heard I have to maintain a physical presence in Canada, but what is the minimum period of months or years? I ask because I still have interests in my home country that I routinely attend to.

The requirements are living in Canada as a permanent resident three out of the last five years, successfully doing a test of knowledge about Canada, demonstrate proof of speaking English or French.

The requirement is to spend 1,095 days (the equivalent of three years) in any period of five years. Basically, if you do back and forth travel with your home country, you have to spend a minimum 60% of your time in Canada. Also, whether you come with QIIP or any other program, the requirements are exactly the same for everyone
