What level of mobility can E.U. citizens expect to enjoy in the U.K. after Brexit?

Has the U.K. signed any agreements with other E.U. countries regarding the freedom of movement after Brexit? I heard that Irish citizen could enjoy the same level of freedom in terms of living and traveling in the U.K. after Brexit. What about citizens from other E.U. countries?
