There is no proof of income required under the Start-Up Visa (SUV) Program. You would have to show however sufficient available funds in your bank account, and this amount would vary if you apply only for PR, or if you also apply for the optional Work Permit. Spouse and children below 22 would always be included in the application, this is standard.
