What should I pay attention to after becoming a Greek Golden Visa holder?

I recently obtained my Greek Golden Visa. What should I be careful about in order not to jeopardize my status? Should I avoid using any public welfare programs?

After becoming a Greek Golden visa holder, you shall comply with the Greek laws and avoid any illegal actions. You shall renew your health insurance every year if you live in Greece. Also, you shall pay every year the property tax of your property. If you haven't rented your apartment, you shall pay every month the common expenses of the building as well as the electricity and water bills.
