Stilianos Proestakis is a Greek immigration consultant. He currently operates his own legal practice at Athens, Greece.
As a licensed Greek attorney of the Greek supreme court for 20 years, he has accumulated extensive experience serving individual and institutional clients in a myriad of industries. Some of his clients include Greek fine dining restaurants, food suppliers and public construction companies. He also advises bank executives on banking and finance matters, concentrating on regulatory issues.
Proestakis also assists high net worth individuals and foreign investors in purchasing real estate properties in Greece and applying for Golden Visas.
Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked as an in-house legal counsel at Seafarm Ionian S.A. and La Pasteria S.A. Both are Greek companies in the food industry. He helped the companies stay compliant with workplace procedures and identify international expansion opportunities. He also has experience working at the Unification of Athens Archaeological Sites, where he handled legal issues in the public sector.
Proestakis obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He also holds a master’s degree in public international law from the University of Helsinki.
