Are there any restrictions on foreign investors of certain nationalities that St. Kitts does not offer its passports to?

I'm an Iranian businessman and my business partners include a Palestinian businessman living without passport in Saudi Arabia and a man from Iraq. What are options if we all want to get passports from St. Kitts and Nevis so that we can expand our food exports business?

Citizens of Iran, Afghanistan and North Korea cannot apply for citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis. Also, any person, regardless of nationality, who has been named in the sanctions list like the United States Treasury Department Sanctions List, also cannot the citizenship. This also applies if you are a director of a company mentioned in the sanctions list as well as on any person accused of, or found guilty of, money laundering, fraud, terrorism, terrorist financing and genocide.
