How can I exit a real estate investment in the CBI program of St. Kitts and Nevis?

I am looking at citizenship programs that offer the possibility of the return of my investment. How can an investor in real property exit a deal when he has met all of the program requirements?

If you have purchased real estate under the citizenship program you have to hold the real estate property for at least a period of 7 years before you can resell the said real estate. If you purchase shares in a real estate under the program then you cannot resell the shares to the property unless a period of 5 years has passed.
