What else can I do to get an appointment for my manifestaçao entry in Portugal?

I applied for a residence permit under my freelance work in Portugal on March 2023. I haven't gotten any response yet, but this process seems unfair. İs there anything else I can do than just waiting for an update in the online website?

If you've already submitted an expression of interest, there's no way to expedite the process for your appointment. Currently, it's taking 2-3 years due to AIMA's backlog.

Foreign nationals who have legally entered Portugal, are registered with Social Security, and have a verified employment relationship can apply for a residence permit in Portugal by expressing their interest. The SAPA Portal, provided by AIMA allows to register a manifestation of interest, under the terms of Articles 88(2) and 89 of Law No. 23/2007, of July 4, concerning, respectively, employees and self-employed entrepreneurs. This process does not involve making an appointment online, as AIMA will contact the individual to schedule a visit in person to submit the required documents. The portal also allows individuals to check their application status, update information, or withdraw their interest if needed. It is known that the Expression of Interest process is long and time-consuming, taking on average 2 (two) to 3 (three) years, and in some exceptional cases up to 4 (four) years, depending on the situation of the person applying.

Appointments for Manifestation of Interest open online. At this moment due to the services restructuring process, there is a significative delay.
