What are the criteria for renewing the investor business manager visa of Japan?

I am interested in extending my current business to Japan. I know that I need to apply for an investor business manager visa, but I heard that the initial visa is only valid for one year, so I will probably have to renew it every year. What are the renewal requirements? How does the government appraise the performance of my business?

The company's audited annual report, individual tax return and other materials should be examined at the time of extension of the business manager visa. It must have a business office or workplace, good business performance, and sound financial background to pay the salary of the applicant.
