What happens to my permanent residency if my investment in a Bulgarian company suffers a loss?

I'm an investor based in the Middle East and I'm interested in going for the option of investing $300,000 in a Bulgarian company for gaining permanent residency in Bulgaria. But I'm concerned what will happen to my residency status if for any reason the company suffers a loss and I'm unable to employ 10 Bulgarian citizens? Will I lose all my investment?

Once you have invested 256,000 euros, you must also employ 10 people. Only when both of these conditions are met, you will become eligible for permanent residency through investment. From that moment on, the number of 10 employees must be maintained at all times. If, for whatever reason, you cannot maintain the number of employees, your permanent residency rights will be cancelled. You will, of course, not lose your investment.
