There are currently two parallel operating programs. I represent the Development Support Program, which is marketed globally. The Vanuatu Contribution Program is somewhat anomalous and operates just for the greater China market. A new government regulation order is due out - I am told end of this week - which will clarify and harmonize a lot of the elements of the two programs to reduce any confusion in the market.
What is the difference between the two Vanuatu citizenship-by-investment programs?
I have read about two programs the country offers: the “development support” and “Vanuatu contribution” options. What is the difference between them? What are some reasons to pick one over the other? Does one have an advantage over the other?
