Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment Agent

James Elcocke-Harris is a designated agent for Vanuatu. Based in Hong Kong, he is currently an official appointed represented for the Vanuatu Development Support Program and the managing director of the Vanuatu Information Centre.

The Development Support Program runs the island nation’s citizenship-by-investment program. The Vanuatu Information Center, based in Vanuatu, is a global network of government-approved centers that promote the country’s citizenship-by-investment program, investment, trade and tourism. The center has offices in China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

Elcocke-Harris, a native of the U.K. who relocated to Asia in the mid-1990s, supported the 2017 lauch of Development Support Program and growth of the Vanuatu Information Centre network. He develops strategic relationships for the program. He has been with the Vanuatu Information Center since April 2017.

Elcocke-Harris has worked for the U.K. government, specializing in bi-lateral for central and eastern Europe. He founded a Hong Kong-based executive search company that as acquired by a global law firm.

Elcocke-Harris, who lives in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok, is graduate of Brunel University and The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
