The Bulgarian CBI program has not been amended in any way. We are working with the authorities to eventually suggest improvements to the law, which are indeed, at the moment, simply "too favorable" compared to the other EU CBI programs. In all cases, your investment will never be at-risk as you will never part with it. It always remains on your account.
