What would happen to an investor’s residency if condition to maintain 5 employees is not consistent?

If an investor gets residency by investing in a new Luxembourg-based company but due to reasons linked to the pandemic has been unable to maintain 5 employees in the company as required, would that investor lose residency immediately? Is there any leeway?
