How can I participate in St. Kitts and Nevis’ CBI program with my business partner?

I heard that it is possible for two persons to jointly invest in St. Kitts and Nevis, and both will be able to receive St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship. Is this true? How is this route different from investing separately? I want to invest together with my business partner. Will our family members enjoy the same rights as those of investors who file applications separately?
