How does the capital transfer option that includes artistic or cultural endeavors work for Portugal’s Golden Visa program?

I learned that to apply for a Golden Visa of Portugal, one can choose to make a capital transfer to an artistic or cultural activity with a much lower required amount than the normal bank transfer option. Is such transfer a donation or an investment in nature? If I fund a local performance group that would do a roadshow worldwide and get profits from ticket sales, does this qualify for a Golden Visa?

You can apply a Golden Visa with the transfer of a capital in the amount of 250,000 euros or more, applied in investment or support for artistic production, restoration or maintenance of national cultural heritage. The value of this investment can be reduced by 20% (200,000 euros) when it is made in low-density territory. For this type of investment, the applicant must demonstrate that it has made the investment in the minimum amount required, and may do so individually or through sole proprietorship of shares of which it is the partner. The investment must be in Portuguese territory only, as it is intended for artistic production, restoration or maintenance of national cultural heritage.
