The Greek program starts from 250,000 euros investment amount in property. Up to now there are no announcements for new changes. But early in this year, the below legal amendment was voted in Greek immigration law "By joint decision of the Ministers of finance, development and investment and immigration and asylum, the amount of the investment of the above paragraph in real estate can be adjusted, as well as lists of areas of the territory, with a duration of at least five years, for which a differentiation may apply. The amount of the investment of the above paragraph will be adjusted, taking into account elements such as development targeting, tourism development, geographical location, as well as the commercial or objective values of the real estate located in these areas upon regulation of any other details for the application of the above provisions."
