The China Banking Association publishes top 100 Chinese banks annually. You can find it here: http://baijiahao.baidu.com/s?id=1583840926394334415&wfr=spider&for=pc. Some international magazines also publish such a list. The deposit rates of Chinese banks generally follow the central bank's (PBOC) benchmark rate: http://www.pbc.gov.cn/zhengcehuobisi/125207/125213/125440/125838/125885/index.html.
