There is no minimum days requirement of physical presence in an Investor visa. The visa is actually called a "Business Manager" visa which is required to run the business in Japan. At the time of the visa renewal, the applicant needs to clarify the past activities of himself and the company by submitting its annual report, tax payment and other evidence of both the company in Japan and the applicant. Physical presence may be examined in the course of inspection.
