What kind of return should clients expect from Chinese wealth management institutions?

Are fixed coupons a norm for these institutions? Are most of them offering a fix guaranteed return?

In our experience, there are no fixed guarantee returns. However, the average return is 7 percent if it is a U.S. dollar-denominated investment. This return usually is for real estate investments. However, subject to the approach of the wealth manager in terms of aggressive investment, the annual return could be higher.

To my knowledge, returns and arrangements depend on the amount of money invested. I do not know if Chinese institutions have different arrangements.
