Antigua considering granting citizenship to stateless applicants

The Antigua and Barbuda government is considering granting citizenship to stateless applicants born in Brunei, Kuwait, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, according to the Office of The Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda. People born in these countries whose fathers were not citizens there or anywhere else became stateless people.
